Go to Manage Voyager > My Displays > Display Templates
Click the Edit icon for Detail Page
To edit Display Fields for the Summary Display, click Add Summary Display Fields
To edit Display Fields for the Details Table, click Edit

Choose the fields to display on the Details Page. You can also add fields here by clicking Add Summary Display Fields. This brings up the Select Fields dialog, where you can customize which fields appear on the Details page.
