Filtering Using Access Control Lists
To enable filtering for each of the three options:
Click Enabled below the filter you wish to use
Click the Locations link that appears to open the Location page
On the Locations page, select the appropriate location type to filter and click its Edit icon, then proceed as described below

Go to the Settings tab and make sure that Index Access Control Information is set to Yes as shown below:

Click Save when you are done
You will need to re-scan the location in order for the the ACL information to be indexed
Return to the Search Results page
