 You can easily add more than one type of location at a time using the Bulk Add option. 

 

The List is pre-populated with example locations. If the item in the list does not have a file extension to use in determining its MIME type, you need to include a MIME statement.  For example, 

$mime=application/x-arcgis-server $mime=text/html
