Indexing .las files (Log ASCII Standard)

By default, Voyager treats files with the .las extension as binary files containing 3-dimensional Lidar data. However some .las files may be in Log ASCII Standard format (text).  If your .las files are ASCII, they will not be properly indexed by Voyager since it expects binary data for that file extension. To configure Voyager to recognize .las files as ASCII, add the string -Dgeophysics=true to the Voyager.vmoptions file (found in the <VoyagerInstallDir>\app folder).
