Editing the Filters Template (Administrators)
When you are editing a Display Template, you can select the fields you want to display in the Filterson the Search Results Page. Â
Selecting Filters
To select filters:
Go to Manage Voyager > My Displays > Display Templates
Select a Display Template and click Edit
Click the Edit icon to open the Select Fields dialog

To add a field to the list of filters, click and drag it to the list on the right
To rearrange the filter order, click and drag filters up or down in the list
To remove a filter, click the X next to its name
Field Style
Click the arrow next to a field name for Style and other options:

Style - by default, all filter fields have the Checkbox Style
Min Count - select a Minimum Count (0 to 1000 - default is 1)
Sort - Choose the Sort parameter (Count or Value - default is Count)
Advanced Options for Federated Catalogs
For Federated Catalog options, Click the Advanced Options tab

Click Show Federated Catalogs to show the indexes that are part of a distributed/federated search
Click Query All Catalogs by Default to include all indexes
Click Save when you are done to return to the Edit Display Template Page
About Field Hydration
Field Hydration is measured as the percentage of records that have a value for a particular field. You can use this measure to see which fields would be more effective filters (high hydration values) and fields likely to be less effective (low hydration values).
To see the Field Hydration values, select a Saved Search under Test Field Hydration and click Run.
