Indexing Progress Indicators Spinning Continuously
In some circumstances, the scan/rebuild progress indicators (spinners) for a Location may continue spinning even when there is no activity (the spinner is indicated by the red box below).
Specifically, this may occur when:
Scanning is complete
There are no pending scans or extractions
No changes have been made to the Location
Watch File is disabled
Even though scanning is complete, the status for the Location is still set to Pending. Because of this behavior, Admin users may not be able to determine if there were any changes to the Location from the History page.
Solution
If this situation occurs, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Go to Manage Voyager > Discovery > Status
Click Force Tracker Broadcast
