The below information represents examples of index size based on 1000 sample pdf and text documents.

The size of the 1000 sample pdfs and documents on disk is 1.9 GB.

Stored-Text Enabled

(1) index with 5% or less of text documents: 5-10 MB per 1000 records
(2) index with approx. 40% of text documents: 15-30 MB per 1000 records
(3) index with 100% of text documents: 35-70 MB per 1000 records

Stored-Text Disabled
(4) index with 100% of text documents: 25-45 MB per 1000 records
