Microsoft Office Limitations

Microsoft Office can be used for office document extraction, but customers should be aware that there are limitations. Under some circumstances, the office workers can crash, which causes full document extraction to fail.

This is a known issue with Microsoft Office server-side implementations.

Microsoft does not recommend using server-side automation of Office products as there are limitations to the functionality and overall stability.
