Click the three dots at the end of an existing Repository entry (shown below) and choose an action from the drop-down list:

Index - Indexes the records in the Repository
Index Changes - Scans the Repository and only indexes changes (additional records or modified records)
Rebuild - Deletes the current index and re-Indexes the Repository
Edit - Edit the properties of the Repository (e.g. add Security)
Clone - Create a clone of the Repository
Delete - Remove this Repository from the Index
View History - Displays the history of actions for the Repository
View Records - Displays the the records in this Repository in Navigo
