Managing and Editing Repositories

To manage or modify existing Repositories, open HQ and select Repositories

Click the three dots at the end of an existing Repository entry (shown below) and choose an action from the drop-down list:

Open

• Index - Indexes the records in the Repository

• Index Changes - Scans the Repository and only indexes changes (additional records or modified records)

• Rebuild - Deletes the current index and re-Indexes the Repository

• Edit - Edit the properties of the Repository (e.g. add Security)

• Clone - Create a clone of the Repository

• Delete - Remove this Repository from the Index

• View History - Displays the history of actions for the Repository

• View Records - Displays the the records in this Repository in Navigo
