From the Repository List page, use the action menu to select the preview option.
Alternatively, from the repo status section, use the preview button to initiate a preview generation.
Once the preview is complete, the repo list will display a new icon next to the count of documents that were found.
Clicking on this count or viewing the status section will show a list of formats and their respective counts.
When indexing is performed, this preview is removed.
