Managing Pipelines

Voyager's Indexing Pipeline provides functions to transform and manipulate the properties (metadata) of data records as it adds them to the Index. When adding or editing a Repository, the pipeline section lets you choose an existing pipeline (if any) or create a new pipeline to apply to the Repository.

NOTE: A Repository can only be associated with one pipeline at any given time, though a given pipeline may be associated with multiple Repositories.

Selecting an Existing Pipeline

To Select an existing Pipeline, choose it from the drop-down list.

Editing an Existing Pipeline

To edit an existing Pipeline, Click Edit by its name in the Pipeline list.  The Default Pipeline cannot be edited.

The steps to edit a Pipeline are identical to those found in Creating a Pipeline.

Creating a New Pipeline

Click Create Pipeline to create a new Pipeline. Information on creating a Pipeline is in this article
