My Displays

If your Administrator has enabled it, you will see My Displays as one of the choices when you click My Voyager.  You can use My Displays to configure some aspects of the appearance of search results in the Navigo UI. You can configure the display of the Details page, Search Results, Sorting and Filters

 

Configuring a Display

To configure Displays:  

  • Click My Displays

 

This dialog lists all of the currently configured Displays, including:

  • Name - The name of the Display

  • Default - Whether this is the default Display

  • Used - The number of Saved Searches that use this Display

  • Actions - Edit, Clone or Delete this Display (icons are shown below)

 

Editing a Display

To edit a display:

  • Click the Edit icon

 

Here you can edit the configuration of the Details Page, Filters, Search Results Page and Sorting.

NOTE: If this Display is used by more than one Saved Search, any changes you make here will affect all Saved Searches that use the Display

Cloning a Display

To create a clone (copy) of a Display and its settings:

  • Click the Clone icon to create a new display

  • Here you can edit the configuration of the Details Page, Filters, Search Results Page and Sorting.  See Editing a Display, above.

 

Deleting a Display

 To delete a Display:

 

  • Click the Delete icon
