Managing Your License for HQ

After you have installed HQ, you can manage your license and download usage data. You can also contact Support if you need assistance with licensing.

To manage your license:

  1. Open HQ

  2. Click Settings

  3. Click LIcense

 

In the License window:

  • Click Download Usage Data to download a .zip file with usage dagta

  • Click Manage License to login to the Voyager Community page

  • Click Contact Support to send an email if you need assistance with your license

  • Check the Allow sending license information form the user's system to send information about your license, including expiration date, maximum number of documents and maximum number of Agents.
