Use this Processing task to remove items from the search index including associated thumbnails, metadata and layer files.

To run this task in the Navigo UI:

  • Cick the Cart icon and select New Task from the drop-down menu

  • Select Remove Items from Index from the Voyager Tools section

  • Select Delete Thumbnails, Delete Metadata or Delete Layers

  • Click Run Task to delete items

Usage Notes

  • This task will remove items from the search index. Please use caution

  • Delete thumbnails will delete thumbnails and preview images from the Voyager /meta folder for the item being removed

  • Delete metadata will delete XML files from the Voyager /meta folder for the item being removed

  • Delete layers will delete layer files from the Voyager /meta folder for the item being removed
